What??!!!!! Really???!!!!!!

          A friend of mine subscribes to a very liberal Christian blog. Recently he sent me one of their streams. One of the liberal preachers was laughing about a Fundamental Christian preacher that believed, as I do, that the Bible is true.

        The Fundamental preacher believed, if Jesus was not born of a virgin by the Holy Spirit, He could not be God. Further, if Jesus was a sinner, His atonement for sin could not be possible. Finally, if Jesus was not raised from the dead, salvation in Christ alone is not possible.

        You may ask with what I do not agree? I agree with all of the above, and more. If any promise is a lie, Christianity collapses.

        I do not, however, agree with the liberal that calls these things “Myth, metaphor and story.”

           What I do not understand is, how can someone claim to be a preacher of the Gospel or a trainer of God’s sheep and not believe in the basic tenants of the faith? How can an agnostic or atheist preach the Holy Bible? How can this liberal pastor expect to miss judgment? 

         Could this be the apostate church spoken of in scripture?  Are, even, the elect being fooled?

              If you are a liberal theologian, or understand liberal theology, could you please answer these questions?
